|Advisory: Red/Blue Strobe Regulations. VizShock should only be used according to your local laws and regulations. The use of flashing red and blue light may be permitted for authorized law enforcement personnel only in your area. Please check with your local law enforcement agency before making a purchase.|
|Advisory: Photosensitive Epilepsy. In case you haven’t noticed it already, VizShock products flash blue and red high intensity beams. This can potentially trigger seizures in individuals with photosensitive epilepsy. If you have photosensitive epilepsy or feel you may be susceptible to a seizure, this product is not recommended for you. In addition, do not watch the videos we have posted or look away.|
Terms and Conditions
At VizShock, we believe in our products. If your VizShock product has any defect as the result of the materials or workmanship, we want to make it right!
Within 1 year of purchase, contact Customer Service via our Contact Us page and notify us of the issue. We may ask you to send over photographs of the product to help with diagnosis. If your product problem cannot be resolved by Technical Support and upon validation of a defect, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Do not return products without an RMA numberas we won't be able to track, verify or process anything received without one. Do note that you will be responsible for all shipping costs though. Once received by us, we will replace or repair the product. The warranty process may take 3-4 weeks to get it back to you.
Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. This warranty also does NOT cover modifications, misuse, disintegrations, negligence, accidents, improper maintenance, or repair by anyone other than an authorized service center or Ollilux itself. Rechargeable batteries are also not covered under the warranty.

Can I return or exchange a purchase?
Of course you can! VizShock products purchased from VizShock.com can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase of the product for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling, and any applicable restocking fees. If you've purchased a VizShock product from another party, you will need to return it to your point of purchase. For VizShock.com purchases, make sure you contact Customer Service via our Contact Us page to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. We won't be able to track, verify or process anything received otherwise. Any product returned to us without prior authorization from us will be considered an unauthorized return and the you will not receive credit for the product and we will not ship the product back to the sender.
We may charge a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price paid, plus any applicable sales tax unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of error on our part.
After receiving a RMA number from us, ship the product to us within 5 days of the date that we issue the RMA number as follows:
- In the original product packaging, in as-new condition, along with any media, documentation, and any other items that were included in your original shipment;
- At your expense and insured (if you return the product uninsured then you accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment);
- With the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the return packaging;
- With proof of purchase of the product (receipt, purchase order, or invoice); and
- With your name, address, and phone number of where to send the exchange item or return
Please send your product to our service center address that will be provided together with the RMA number. Remember to include your RMA number.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will issue a credit or refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling, and any applicable restocking fees. For partial returns, your refund may be less than the invoice or individual component price due to bundled or promotional pricing or any unadvertised discounts or concessions. If you fail to follow the return or exchange instructions and policies provided by us, we are not responsible for product that is lost, damaged, modified, or otherwise processed for disposal or resale.
Can I return a product after the return period?
